How do you calculate how much your company is worth to you? We can look at market worth, but that's really a company's worth to investors and prospective employees. Salary and perks reflect an employee's worth to the company. What reflects the company's worth to the employee?
IMO, it's the sum of times you've been excited to work there minus the sum of times you've been dissappointed. When that difference gets low, it's probably time to leave.
